Council declares City under a state of calamity, allots P20M fund

A P20M CALAMITY FUND was allocated by the City Council Friday last week for the rehabilitation of typhoon Milenyo affected individual-families in the city after it was officially declared to be under a state of calamity. The members of the council deliberated the issue on August 16, two days after the City Disaster Coordinating Council (CDCC) convened, initially identifying 15 affected barangays.

Concreting of southern roads gets approval
