THE SANGGUNIANG Panlalawigan last week has unanimously
approved on its first and final reading a resolution
that would declare Napocor Palawan Manager Pilonilo
Silva in contempt in case he failed to submit a
reasonable clarification on his failure to appear
for the Question hour of the Provincial board. Mr.
Silva was summoned to appear before the question
hour of the provincial board on June 4 to shed light
issues on PPA controversy and Palawan’s exclusion
from the Presidential order to Napocor to lower
the cost and collection of the power purchased adjustment.
